5-Star football has been part of this community for over 50
years. It is our goal to provide a quality environment and a
safe venue to introduce kids to football and to prepare them
with the tools necessary for the high school level and beyond.
This year 5-Star football had its best year on record with
215 kids participating.
WHAT DOES FOOTBALL MEAN TO YOU?
We
at Five Star are dedicated to the local community youth. We
provide a platform for every player to grow intellectually,
develop good teaming skills, and most of all, to have fun. The
"Cougar" program provides opportunities for players, ages 7
through 14, to play football regardless of their athletic
ability.
Please note that when completing these applications you will be
given a receipt, please print and retain it. If you have any
difficulties or do not receive a receipt report it to
Robert Reeves immediately

Upon completion of registration, you must scan or take a

of your child’s birth certificate and email it to:

final step of concussion training. Note: GEJFA will not open this step
until spring so we can’t have you complete it yet.

payment. Keep this email for your records.
Note: There is a
$125
non refundable fee is due at registration.
